PangaldawXpress had an unconventional start as a restaurant. Originally opening as a pop-up event, our original aim was to showcase the unique culinary stylings of our head chef, Skibidi Bapbap.

How PangaldawXpress came to be?

The idea began with a problem. Students and staff at Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) in Batac often struggled with the convenience of accessing meals, supplies, or small essentials during their busy schedules. Between tight class hours, project deadlines, and a campus that could feel sprawling to navigate, many found themselves skipping meals or scrambling to find time for errands.

A small group noticed this and thought: “Why not bring the essentials to them?” The goal was simple—create a reliable delivery service that catered specifically to the needs of the MMSU community. By starting small and focusing on the unique preferences of students and faculty, the service aimed to make campus life more convenient, letting everyone focus on what matters most: education and growth.

This project is now evolving into a vital part of campus life, combining efficiency, community spirit, and support for local businesses.
